The website splitify.cc and the Splitify mobile app are published by Loik Faure-Berlinguette, an individual acting in a non-professional capacity, resident in France.

Under article 6-III-2 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (LCEN), an individual publishing a service in a non-professional capacity is not required to publish their postal address. Splitify's application data is hosted by Google Cloud (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), in the europe-west1 region (Belgium), within the European Union.

Mobile app

Splitify is distributed on Apple's App Store under ID 6744057266, by the seller Loik Faure-Berlinguette. The app is free and contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising.

Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy, including the legal bases for processing, retention periods, recipients, transfers outside the European Union, and how to exercise your rights or complain to the CNIL.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site and in the app — text, interface, logo and visual identity — belongs to the publisher and is protected by French intellectual property law. Reproducing or representing it, in whole or in part, without prior permission is prohibited. The Apple and App Store names and logos are the property of Apple Inc.

The content you enter in the app — your groups, expenses and amounts — belongs to you. We use it only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

Splitify is an informational tool for tracking shared expenses. It makes no payments, holds no funds, and is neither a payment service nor financial, accounting or legal advice. The balances it shows are derived from the information you enter, so their accuracy depends on it. The publisher cannot be held responsible for disputes between members of a group.
